Steve Pratt

With over 15 years in the industry Steve is an experienced Commercial Director with a demonstrated history of working in the construction, fit-out and development industries.

Steve has exceptional skills in negotiation, value engineering, cost management, contracts, dispute resolution and Sub-contract management and has a pragmatic approach to forming long-lasting relationships with Clients, the Design Team and Supply Chain. Steve has formed and developed the commercial systems within Simpson that are crucial to the success of the company.

Steve has overall responsibility for the successful operation of the financial, surveying and commercial project activity, including all aspects of procurement, purchasing, performance measurement and strategic post contract management activity of the business.

Steve maintains control of formulating procedures and processes to achieve all financial targets determined by the Shareholders and Strategic Board members, ensuring all sections of the business achieve financial success to support the Company Business Plan.
