Allan Ponton

Allan Ponton is an experienced production manager with a strong background in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Production Manager at Simpsons Malt Limited since February 2020, Allan has also held positions as a contractor and production coordinator, as well as a process controller. Prior to this role, Allan worked at Farne Salmon & Trout Ltd from April 1999 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing production operations. Education includes a Level 9 qualification in Food Manufacturing Specialist Management Skills from Borders College in 2019.
