Ashley Burton

Ashley Burton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production and operations, currently serving as the Roast House Senior Operator at Simpsons Malt Limited since December 2014. In this role, Ashley leads a team of four in a 24-hour operation, focusing on the daily production of roasted malts for both external clients and the bagging warehouse. Prior to this position, Ashley contributed as a Plant Operator, gaining diverse exposure across various departments including Roasthouse, GKVs, Malt Handling, and the Bagging Plant.
