Kolawole Balogun

Kolawole Balogun has had a diverse work experience that spans several roles and companies. Kolawole is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Simpu Inc, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder at Devcenter, starting in September 2016. Before that, they worked as a Software Developer at Starfish Mobile from August 2014 to March 2016. Kolawole also has significant experience as a Freelancer, where they worked as a Full Stack Developer from September 2007 to August 2014. During this time, they worked on various projects, including dynamic websites, eCommerce platforms, ticketing systems, music streaming services, and mobile applications, collaborating with different teams and clients.

Kolawole Balogun attended Covenant University from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Mathematics. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in November 2017 from LinkedIn, including Advanced Django: Web Development, Getting Started with Technology: Think Like an Engineer, and Machine Learning & AI Foundations: Recommendations.
