Iulian C. Roman

Iulian C. Roman is an experienced IVF Laboratory Manager and Senior Embryologist with a comprehensive background in reproductive biotechnologies. Currently at Sims IVF since December 2020, responsibilities include laboratory design, staff training, and overseeing clinical procedures. Prior to this, Iulian held positions at Rotunda IVF and previously at Sims IVF, performing all functions within IVF labs. Experience also includes a role as Senior Content Scientist at QIAGEN, focusing on genomic content acquisition, and positions at Metropolitan Hospital Bucharest and Genesys Clinic within embryology and andrology. Academic credentials include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Genetic Engineering and Reproduction Biotechnologies, both from the University of Agricultural Science and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj.
