Brad Baker

Brad Baker is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Sims Metal. Brad has previously held the position of Sr. VP Human Resources at Boart Longyear, and before that, VP Human Resources at Milacron Inc.

Brad has over 27 years of experience in Human Resources. Brad began their career at Milacron Inc. in May 1991 and remained there until June 2008 when they took on the role of Sr. VP Human Resources at Boart Longyear. Brad has been with Sims Metal since January 2018.

Throughout their career, Brad has been instrumental in helping companies grow and expand their operations. At Boart Longyear, they helped the company expand its global reach, and at Milacron Inc., they helped the company grow from 4,000 employees to 10,000 employees.

Brad is a highly respected leader in the Human Resources field, and their experience and expertise have helped him contribute to the success of many organizations.

Brad Baker completed their MBA at Xavier University and their BSBA at Bowling Green State University.

They work with Robert Thompson - Chief Commercial Officer, Ingrid Sinclair - Global President, Sims Lifecycle Services, and Gretchen Johanns - Group General Counsel & Company Secretary. Their manager is Alistair Field, Group CEO & Managing Director.
