James Cassidy

James Cassidy has extensive work experience in the field of compensation, benefits, and total rewards. James most recently served as Group Vice President, Total Rewards at Sims Metal Management Limited starting in July 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Compensation and Benefits at Pernod Ricard for five years. Before that, they worked at The Warnaco Group, Inc. as Vice President, Compensation & Benefits for seven years. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Director, Benefits at Reader's Digest, Director, Implementation at ADP, and Consultant at Mercer. James began their career as an Actuarial Trainee at TIAA-CREF.

James Cassidy completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics at Stony Brook University in 1985.
