Whitney Simpson

Whitney Simpson is an experienced professional in the trading and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the NSW/ACT Nonferrous Trading Manager at Sims Limited since July 2018. Whitney's career progression at Sims Limited includes roles as Senior Trading Representative, Account Manager, and Graduate Trading Cadet. Prior to this, Whitney worked at Fourthchild Cafe & Restaurant as a Waitress from August 2016 to November 2020 and held positions at IMC Mining as a Personal Assistant/Office Administrator and at Ocean Dynamics Luxury Charters & Jet Ski Tours Whitsundays as Guest Services Manager, both from November 2015 to August 2016. Additionally, Whitney was a Marketing Intern at Shamir Optical Industry Ltd. for a brief period in 2015. Whitney holds a Master of International Economics and Finance and a Business Management degree in International Business & Economics, both from The University of Queensland. Education was completed at Lincoln High School from 2009 to 2013.
