Masha Guermonprez began their work experience in 2019 as a Linguistic Consultant at HubCollab. Masha then transitioned to the role of Chatbot Hub Manager at the same company. In 2022, they joined Spix industry as the Customer Experience (CX) lead for voice assistant.

Masha Guermonprez completed a Specialist degree in Linguistics and Translation at Moscow State Linguistic University from 2010 to 2015. Masha then pursued a Master 2 (M2) degree in Arts et Langages at EHESS - Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales from 2015 to 2017.

In 2018, Masha obtained a certificate for an online course in Evaluation and Appraisal of Artworks from Sotheby's Institute of Art. Recently, in 2021 and 2022, they obtained an online certificate in UX Design from Google.

In terms of additional certifications, Masha completed a Conversational Academy's AI Trainer program in September 2022 and a Conversational Design for Chatbots and Voice Assistants program in the same month and year. Masha also obtained a certificate in UX Strategy Fundamentals from Udemy in May 2022. Additionally, Masha completed the Google UX Design Specialization program offered by Coursera in April 2022. In 2018, they received a certificate in Determining Value: An Appraiser's Perspective from Sotheby's Institute of Art.
