Dan Mouw has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Dan began their career in 1986 at FRITO-LAY, Inc. as a Project Engineer, where they commercialized Crunch-Tator hard bite potato chips. In 1990, they moved to Haagen Dazs as a Scheduler. In 1991, they joined Nabisco Biscuit Company as a Production Supervisor, where they supervised a staff of 35 union Mixing, Bakeshop, and Packaging employees. In 1993, they moved to Ocean Spray Cranberries as a Receiving Station Manager and Operations Manager. In 2006, they joined Danone North America as an Operations Manager. In 2018, they joined Lassonde Pappas & Company, Inc. as an Operations Director and Interim Plant Manager. In 2020, they moved to Guidepoint as a Principal Consultant, providing value-added services in the areas of Hot-Fill PET for shelf-stable juices and teas and Aseptic processing of Plant-Based beverages utilizing extended shelf-life (ESL) packaging. In 2022, they joined SIMULATE as a Plant Manager, helping to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable nutrition.
Dan Mouw attended Texas A&M University from 1981 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
