Joshua Pool

Joshua Pool has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Joshua currently holds the position of Director of Sales, Entertainment at Simulmedia since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Account Executive, Entertainment Specialist at Simulmedia from August 2020 to March 2022. In 2020, Joshua worked as a Consultant at Business Affairs Mafia, LLC. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Director of Sales & Partnerships at Legendary Entertainment, where they drove revenue, strategy, and branded content partnerships for various digital networks. Before that, Joshua worked as the Regional Sales Director at Fandom powered by Wikia from 2012 to 2017. Joshua also held positions such as Sales Director, Entertainment at Tremor Video in 2012, Account Director, West Coast at Pictela from 2011 to 2012, and Regional Sales Manager at IGN Entertainment from 2007 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Joshua worked as the Marketing Manager at TOKYOPOP from 2005 to 2007, Promotions Coordinator at Elektra Records from 2002 to 2005, and as a Street Promoter and Talent intern at House of Blues from 1999 to 2001.

Joshua Pool earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Business from Northwestern University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they obtained the certification of Edge Academy Certified: Data-Driven Planning from The Trade Desk in April 2021.
