Michelle Leo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michelle began their career at SUNY Oneonta in 2001, working in undergraduate admissions and campus operations. In 2005, they joined MediaMax Network, where they held multiple positions including administrative assistant, sales assistant, associate manager, and business manager. During their time at MediaMax Network, they were responsible for managing client assets, analyzing sold and availability reports, and resolving client disputes. In 2011, they moved to LivingSocial, where they worked as a production market manager. Michelle then joined Simulmedia in 2013, starting as a manager in business operations and progressing to senior manager and director roles in advertising and investment strategy.
