Randy Pazos

Randy Pazos has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Randy started their career at Sv Conta Costa Rica as a Promoter from February 2008 to December 2008. Randy then joined TicoWare as a Web Developer from July 2009 to April 2010. Randy worked as a Web Developer at InterGraphicDESIGNS from May 2010 to February 2012. In 2012, they joined Mobiquity Inc. as a Web Developer from February 2012 to July 2012. Randy's most recent experience is at Critical Mass, where they held various roles including Intermediate Web Developer from July 2012 to April 2016, Senior Web Developer from April 2016 to May 2017, and currently, they are serving as a Technology Lead since May 2017.

Randy Pazos attended the Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 2003 onwards, where they studied Computer Engineering. In 2011, they enrolled at FUNDATEC and pursued studies in Graphic Design until 2012. Additionally, Randy has obtained several certifications, including the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in February 2020. In November 2018, they completed the certifications "Learning to Be Assertive" and "Managing Teams" from LinkedIn. Randy also has unspecified certifications from Code School in JavaScript Best Practices and "You, Me".
