Amélie BALLI has worked for several companies since 2018. Amélie began their career as an engineering student at ESAIP, École d'Ingénieurs in 2018, during which time they also created an association called Melting Pro. In 2019, they volunteered for a month in Belgium with De Okeelar, working in the field of construction with environmentally friendly materials. In 2020, they completed a two-month internship with TRONICO, focusing on continuous improvement and waste management. In 2021, they worked as an Assistant Engineer QHSE for Faurecia R&D Center. Currently, Amélie is working as a Customer Care Manager for Simundia and as a Consultante Ingénieure HSE for Vulcain Engineering Group.

Amélie Balli completed their Certificat de formation in Marketing, Communication & stratégie from Paris Executive Business School (PEBS) between 2022 and 2023. From 2018 to 2021, they obtained their Diplôme d'ingénieur from ESAIP, École Supérieure Angevine en Informatique et Productique, with a focus on Prévention des risques, sécurité, environnement. Prior to that, they attended lycée baimbridge between 2016 and 2018 and obtained a Classe préparatoire BCPST in biologie, chimie, physique, sciences et vie de la terre, maths.
