Ute Voegler, M.I.A., PCC (ICF)

Ute Voegler, M.I.A., PCC (ICF) has a wealth of experience in the field of coaching and consulting. Ute began their career in 1999 as a Senior Associate in the Compliance Risk Management Department at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Berlin. In 2002, they became a Research Associate at the German Institute for Human Rights. In 2008, they moved to Deutsche Post AG as a Senior Expert in the Global Compliance Office of Legal Affairs. In 2012, they became a Senior Consultant in the Office of Ethics & Business Conduct (EBC) at The World Bank. In 2018, they joined pme Familienservice GmbH as a Consultant. In 2019, they began working as a Mindful Leadership Coach at Empowerment Holdings. In 2021, they started working as a Business Coach at Simundia and a Certified Professional Coach at Sayge. In addition, they have also been volunteering at Community Family Life Services in Washington D.C. since 2013. In 2016, they began their own business, Voegler Coaching & Consulting, where they specialize in coaching clients to navigate complex challenges and changes in work and daily life. Her coaching focus is based on well-being, resilience, and strength-based leadership researched by George Mason University's Center for the Advancement of Well-Being.

Ute Voegler obtained a Master of Law (First State Examination) from the University of Bayreuth, Germany and University of California, Berkeley between 1988 and 1993. Ute then went on to obtain a German Bar Examination (Second State Examination) from the Higher Regional Court, Nuremberg between 1993 and 1996. In 1997, Ute Voegler achieved a Master of International Affairs (M.I.A.) from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs in International Affairs. In 2016, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being from George Mason University, Center for the Advancement of Well-Being. In October 2019, Ute Voegler became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. In June 2021, they obtained an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation. In March 2022, they will obtain a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. Ute Voegler also has an edX Verified Certificate for The Science of Happiness from edX.
