management, strategic planning, program management, audits and investigations, staff development, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and organizational design. She values the importance of collaboration with partners in providing clarity in a complex business environment to facilitate growth in productivity, market standing, and profitability. A driven and dynamic leader who assumes a hybrid approach to the patient‐centered revenue cycle.
Most recently, she served as the Director of Revenue Integrity and Governmental Receivables for The University of Chicago Medicine, where she was considered a subject matter expert and a key member of various committees, process improvement initiatives throughout departments, corporate compliance, as well as endless collaborations to explore revenue enhancement opportunities.
