Iliana Mora

Iliana A. Mora serves as the Executive Vice President and System Chief Operating Officer at Sinai Chicago since June 2023, overseeing operations for an integrated health care system with an annual budget of $800 million, encompassing four hospitals and multiple medical facilities. Prior to this, Iliana A. Mora held executive roles at Cook County Health, including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Operating Officer from July 2018 to June 2023, managing a $3.8 billion health care system. Earlier experience includes leadership positions as President & CEO of Women Employed, Chief Operating Officer at Erie Family Health Center, and various roles in fundraising and community relations. Educational credentials include an Executive Health Care Program from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Master of Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois System, and a BA in International Affairs and Economics from The George Washington University.
