Prior to joining Sinai, Ms. Janousek worked as the Divisional President of Health Plan Services at Evolent Health/Valence Health, Inc. Evolent Health is a publicly-traded technology, consulting firm focusing on data analytics management, third party administration, and accountable care development for the provider and employer-sponsored health plans and member-focused health systems, because Ms. Janousek has expertise in leading health plan operations, system configuration, member outreach, claims administration, eligibility management/reconciliation, network development and financial management she has been able to develop successful leadership/management teams, implement strategies for process improvement, cost savings and certifications.
