Jennifer Fields

Jennifer Fields has a diverse work experience primarily in the fields of product design, user experience design, and analytics.

Jennifer is currently working at SINAI Technologies Inc. as a Product Designer, starting in June 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from June 2014 to June 2021. During their time there, they held various roles including User Experience Designer, Associate in E-Commerce and Analytics, Associate in Manufacturing, Associate in R&D, and IT Intern. In these roles, they contributed to product discovery research, led design for a B2B and B2C application, developed a digital MVP, managed user research for two products, led UX and UI design for a mobile Android application, and implemented changes for ADA AA compliance.

Additionally, Jennifer worked as a TRIO Tutor at Kent State University from August 2012 to April 2015, and as a Radio Show Host at Black Squirrel Radio from February 2011 to December 2013. Jennifer also served as a Content Metadata Intern at OverDrive, Inc. for three months in 2013.

Jennifer Fields attended Kent State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Digital Sciences Cognition and Communication, specializing in Digital Science. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in User Experience Design from Kent State University, completing their studies in 2019.
