Devi Shara

Devi Shara started their career in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative at Transcosmos Indonesia, where they worked until 2017. Devi then joined Moka in 2017 and held various roles, including Quality Control Specialist and Merchant Support Supervisor. In 2018, they became a Quality Control Team Lead and later a Merchant Support Team Lead before leaving Moka in 2020. Since 2020, they have been working at Sinbad as the Head of Platform Operations, overseeing customer and supplier service, logistic excellence, product content, and account management.

Devi Shara pursued their education in Botany/Plant Biology at Diponegoro University from 2010 to 2015 and obtained a Sarjana Sains degree.
