Jenny Björn

Jenny Björn has extensive experience in IT operations and management, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise IT Operation at 3 Sverige since March 2004. In this role, Jenny leads a team of System Specialists and Architects, ensuring the stability and security of the IT production environment to support sales and customer service in Sweden and Denmark. Previously, Jenny held positions such as Manager of CRM, Agile Coach, Business Analyst, Revenue Operations Manager, and Application Specialist, demonstrating a thorough understanding of IT systems and Agile methodologies. Earlier experience includes coordinating support technicians at Eterra while managing internal IT operations. Educational background includes studies at the University of Gävle and Stockholm University, with earlier studies at NFI and Blackebergsgymnasium.
