John Heleniak

John Heleniak has a long history of work experience. From 1998 to 2013, they worked as a Property Manager for HDD of Lawrence and as a Member for the Fraternal Order of Police Lawrence from 2008 to 2013. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Supervisor for MGK Construction and a Member of the Oread Neighborhood Association from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, from 2001 to 2013, they worked as a Managing Partner for The Hawk, Inc. From 2013 to present, they have been a Network Engineer for Sincera Consulting, LLC. In this role, they have leveraged PRISM for construction information and fiber verification, generated ISP tickets and work orders, designed uplink paths with hub RTR port, WDM, and FTP port elements, validated circuit designs meet GSIP standards, traced existing circuits by logging into CPEs and RTRs, entered existing customer’s site, equipment, paths, and circuits into Granite, built out and modified carrier sites, equipment, and transport paths from A to Z sides, created sites using Clones, built new commercial customer paths, assigned new IPs for equipment and customer paths, assigned VLANs and EVCIDs, and built and assigned ports to Juniper, CISCO, Adva, RAD, Fujitsu, Cyan, Telco Systems (T-Marc), and Alcatel equipment.

John Heleniak has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Baker University, where they studied Business Management.
