Gerardo (Jerry) Carreno is a seasoned professional in hospitality and real estate investment with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at Sincere Hospitality since March 2024, Carreno co-founded Door Capital Partners, LLC in January 2020 and holds the position of COO, focusing on investments in hospitality and retail real estate across the United States. Previously, Carreno was VP of Development and Asset Management, Asset Manager, and Project Manager at Thy Collection from March 2012 to January 2020. Carreno's entrepreneurial background includes co-founding BYG Materiales and serving as Business Development Manager at Dulcerama de Mexico. Educational qualifications include a recent degree in Alta Direccion de Empresas from IPADE Business School, along with multiple certifications and degrees in business administration, international trade, operations management, and marketing from prestigious institutions including Universidad Panamericana and the University of Notre Dame.
