Penni Lauder-Gall

Penni Lauder-Gall began their work experience in 2013 at Elmcroft Senior Living, where they served as the Training and Development Coordinator. In 2014, they joined Sinceri Senior Living as the Memory Care Director and Program Director. Penni's roles at both companies continue to the present day.
