Tyler Perkins

Tyler Perkins, LNHA, currently serves as the Executive Director at Lorain Estates Senior Living, overseeing a 133-bed assisted living and memory care community since December 2021. Previous experience includes a role as Nursing Home Administrator at Mill Manor Care Center from July 2019 to December 2021, where Tyler completed Ohio’s AIT program and was promoted from Assistant Administrator. Additional experience encompasses a position as Life Enrichment Assistant at Independence Village, where Tyler planned activities for residents, and as an Exercise Specialist at Menorah Park, managing an exercise program. Tyler holds a Master's degree in Allied Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from The Ohio State University.
