Ana Haza is a Senior Conversational Design Analyst at Sinch, with professional experience in conversational AI and content management spanning over a decade. Previously, Ana held leadership roles at Espressive, including Conversational AI Analyst Lead and NLP Content Manager, where significant contributions to conversational AI were made. Ana's career began at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing eCommerce support and customer experience, ensuring the accuracy of product information and functionality of purchasing portals. Additionally, Ana has experience as a Payroll and MailNode Specialist at the Feria Internacional del Libro de Guadalajara and has a background in character design. Ana holds a degree in Graphic Communication Design from Universidad de Guadalajara and participated in a Junior Design Abroad program in Graphic Design communications at the University of Leeds.
