Deborah Freeman Mapm

Deborah Freeman MAPM serves as the Head of Digital Core at Sinch, leading a global digital transformation program for the HR function. Previously, Deborah spent nearly 15 years at McFarlane Henry as a Digital Transformation Executive, focusing on ERP implementations and digital change initiatives. Key roles include Interim Director of Transformation at ASSA ABLOY Group, overseeing a global SAP SuccessFactors implementation, and various interim consultancy positions across organizations such as Xoserve, Optum, Cheshire East/West and Chester Councils, Jones the Bootmaker, Interserve, Taylor Wimpey plc, and Kier Group, all aimed at enhancing ERP systems and governance structures. Deborah holds a Diploma in Criminology from The Open University.
