Helene Matti

Helene Matti is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management and technology. Currently serving as the Global HRIT Business Analyst Lead at Sinch since April 2021, Helene has held multiple roles within the organization, including Global HR Process Specialist and Global People Data & Tech Specialist. Prior experience includes a tenure at Knowit as a Management Consultant specializing in Human Resource Management and several roles at Lidl Sverige KB focusing on Learning & Development and Change Management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Lund University, complemented by international studies at various universities. Helene also founded and managed the Miss Business Day project at Copenhagen Business School and has experience as a management consultant for global HR and as an educator.
