Sandeep Erukulla

Sandeep Erukulla is an experienced Service Operations Integration Specialist currently working at Sinch since January 2022, with a focus on VAS operations for A2P and P2P messaging on a global scale. Prior to this, Sandeep held various technical roles at Mindtree, Wipro, Nokia Networks, and Huawei Technologies, where expertise developed in troubleshooting, implementing configuration changes, and managing international messaging systems and interfaces. Sandeep's technical background includes working with MM1, MM4, MM7, SS7, SIGTRAN, and various database systems, alongside handling escalations from Network Operator Centers. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
