Natali Arocha

Natali Arocha has a comprehensive work experience in the field of user experience design and research. Natali is currently serving as the Director of UX Research & Design at Sinclair Digital, where they are responsible for leading the user experience research and design efforts. Prior to this, Natali worked as the Head of Experience Design at RealKey, where they contributed to the design, UX, and product strategy to optimize the mortgage origination process. Natali also served as the UX Design & Strategy Managing Lead at Ontada, where they specialized in precision medicine and clinical research.

Natali has also held significant positions at Vrbo, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Luxoft, Deloitte Digital, SMITH, iLink Systems, and Visual Ventures, where they demonstrated their expertise in various areas such as virtual tours, AI, robotics, voice interfaces, digital transformations, and global product development. Their roles have involved collaboration with cross-functional teams, partnering with leadership, and driving innovative, user-centered solutions.
