Marta Torres Diaz has over 20 years of work experience. Marta began their career in 2000 at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as a Sales and Marketing Specialist for the Hospitals in Andalusia. In this role, they were in charge of the innovative drugs division launching and positioning within the Andalusian Health Sector, enforced and monitored authorized clinical assays in eastern Andalusia, and developed and led proactive marketing and advertising. In 2008, they moved to TAHA as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for Tourism Management, providing consulting on strategic management and marketing issues and tourism, and implementing employees management directives and controlling Corporate's Reputation. In 2017, they joined BASE Strategy as a Management & Public Affairs Specialist, where they were responsible for gathering Corporate Governance and financial requirements for the elaboration of reports of the annual business plan of the company, guaranteeing the strategy of the different businesses of the company in the commercial and marketing programs, and managing the day-to-day operations of the office. In 2018, they moved to LUDA PARTNERS as the Director for Business Development, where they were responsible for Business Development and Marketing and Sales strategy in the field of new markets, product and service development and partnership with other companies and customer prospecting, as well as strategic alliances in the Digital field and creation of new projects. Currently, they are the VP of Growth at Sincrolab.
Marta Torres Diaz has a comprehensive education history. In 1994, they attended Mills College for a Foreign International Student Year 12. From 1995 to 2000, they studied at Universidad de Granada, earning a Bachelor of Law degree. In 1999, they completed the International Analysis of Emerging Countries program at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, and in 2000 they completed their Studies of International Law at Leiden University. In 2016, they completed the Communication Audivisual Program at Instituto RTVE, and in 2017 they completed the Postgrado Public Affairs program at Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Finally, in 2019 to 2020, they completed a Master in Compliance Officer Industria Farmaceutica at Andersen. Additionally, they hold certifications from Google Analytics for Business, EF Education First, and The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson.
