Joseph Kap-Herr

Joseph Kap-herr is the Managing Director at Finders & Company, where Joseph specializes in headhunting for young professionals. Joseph is also the Gründer & Shareholder at Sindbad - Social Business, serving as an Ehrenamtliches Vorstandsmitglied & Shareholder and Vorstand, leading mentoring programs in Austria. Previously, Joseph was the Co-Founder and Managing Director at NEOS, holding various leadership roles within the company.
