Alessandra Accogli

Alessandra Accogli's work experience begins in 2014 as an intern for their Master's thesis at Atotech Group, where they focused on studying Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold deposition for PCB production. Following this role, they joined Politecnico di Milano in 2015, initially as a Researcher Intern and later as a PHD Candidate. During their time there, they also worked as a Researcher and completed their Postdoctoral research. In 2019, Alessandra served as a Visiting PHD Student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Currently, they are the CEO & Co-Founder of Sinergy Flow, a position they started in 2022.

Alessandra Accogli earned a Bachelor's degree in Ingegneria dei Materiali e delle Nanotecnologie from Politecnico di Milano in 2012. Alessandra then pursued a Master's degree in Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology from the same institution, completing it in 2015.
