Beginning with an internship at Capgemini Consulting, followed by roles at Dalton Strategic Partnership, Darius Capital Partners, and Warwick Economics Summit, Louise gained experience in various industries. Transitioning to finance, Louise worked at J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Inato before moving to the OECD as a Junior Economist. Their freelance writing stint at Institut Montaigne led their to their current role as an Accelerator Programme Coordinator at SINGA France. Louise holds degrees from top universities, including a Master's in Political Economy from LSE and a Bachelor's in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Warwick.

SINGA creates interactions which accelerate the inclusion of newcomers and enrich the perspective of local people, ultimately strengthening the entire Society. Since 2012, Singa has been creating tools, spaces and programs to enable citizens, entrepreneurs and organizations to build a more inclusive future together through : - A global community of change-makers bringing people together through common passions and activities. #communitybuilding - A network of 12 entrepreneurship programs in Europe, which accompanies newcomers and locals in developing creative, impactful, and scalable organizations and businesses. #entrepreneurship - A citizen hosting platform, J'accueille.fr that allows local citizens to host refugees from 3 to 12 months at their place #socialinnnovation - Supporting and training organizations, institutions and companies about inclusive politics, behavior, hiring and interculturality.
