Ms. Chung Pui King, Rebecca, M.B.A., HKICPA, FCCA, aged 52, was appointed as Executive Director of the Company on 2 July 2015. She was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company on 2 February 2013 and 10 September 2013 respectively. She is also the director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. She was appointed as the director of Modex Holding Limited, an associate of the Company, which specialized in leasing and trading of offshore containers, on 10 October 2014. Ms. Chung joined the Group on 1 January 1996. She has more than 29 years of combined experience in public accountancy, sourcing, and manufacturing.
