Joel Lim

Joel Lim is an experienced Senior Software Engineer at Singapore Airlines since April 2022, specializing in the development and maintenance of the Kris Chatbot using Microsoft BotFramework and relevant NLU technologies such as Google DialogFlow. Prior to this role, Joel worked at Ufinity Pte Ltd as a Full Stack Developer from November 2020 to April 2022, creating multiple web platforms for clients in the government sector with ReactJS and NodeJS. Experience also includes a position at Candela Labs, a software engineering role, and a tenure at AXA where Joel served as a Full Stack Web Developer in the Digital Department, working with ReactJS, React-Native, NodeJS, and ExpressJS frameworks, as well as interning in the same department. Joel holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from James Cook University Singapore and graduated from NUS High School of Mathematics & Science.
