Zhiwei Kam

Zhiwei Kam currently serves as Vice President of Airport Operations at Singapore Airlines, a position held since July 2010, following roles such as General Manager and Senior Manager in Customer Contact Services. Zhiwei has extensive experience managing both in-house and outsourced contact centers, driving process innovations to enhance service quality and operational efficiency, and collaborating with stakeholders to align with corporate strategy.
