Edward Tan

Edward Tan is currently the Program Manager at Singapore Business Federation, overseeing the Digitalisation of TACs (Digi-TAC) Programme. Previously, Edward worked as an Assistant Manager at IMDA, handling a broad range of escalation issues related to telecommunication services. Prior to that, Edward was a Recruitment Consultant at MCI Career Services Pte Ltd, focusing on full cycle recruitment and business development. Edward also served as a Customer Service Lead at M1 Limited, providing personalized service to customers. Additionally, Edward has experience as a Marketing Executive and Banking Officer. Edward holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Monash University.
