How Hwa Teong

How Hwa Teong serves as the Deputy Commissioner at the Singapore Civil Defence Force since April 2019 and has held the position of Director at the Civil Defence Academy Singapore since June 2013. Additionally, How Hwa Teong has been the Divisional Commander at the Singapore Civil Defence Force since April 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Fires and Explosions Engineering from the University of Leeds (2003-2004), a Master’s degree in Safety, Health and Environmental Technology from the National University of Singapore (1998-2000), and a Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (1992-1996).
