Young Ern Ling

Young Ern Ling currently serves as Deputy Commissioner for Operations and Resilience, as well as Deputy Commissioner for Future Technology and Public Safety at the Singapore Civil Defence Force since July 2021. Prior to this role, Young Ern Ling held the position of Senior Director in the International Cooperation and Partnerships Division at the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore from June 2018 to June 2021. Young Ern Ling's earlier experience at the Singapore Civil Defence Force includes serving as Director of the Operations Department and Commander of the 4th CD Division from June 2013 to June 2018.
