Cui-Yun Tan

Cui-Yun Tan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental sustainability and economic development. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Environmental Sustainability at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) since September 2020, Cui-Yun Tan focuses on developing Singapore as a hub for carbon services and trading. Prior to this role, Cui-Yun Tan held various positions at EDB from July 2012 to February 2020, including Head of the Professional Services Programme Office, where strategies were coordinated across key professional services sectors. Additionally, Cui-Yun Tan has a strong background in finance and compliance, having worked in roles such as Assistant Head of Finance and intern positions with the Auditor-General's Office and the Accountant-General's Department. Cui-Yun Tan earned a double degree in Accountancy and Business (Actuarial Science) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and completed an exchange study at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
