Hansel Cao

Hansel Cao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic development and investment promotion. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President for South Asia and the Middle East at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), Hansel Cao previously held multiple senior roles within the agency, including Regional Director of the Americas and Senior Lead for various divisions. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Enterprise Singapore, focusing on strategy and policy, and a research internship at Columbia Investment, a real estate firm. Hansel Cao began a career in finance as a Credit Collections Specialist at Citi. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University, and studies at the University of Mannheim and The University of British Columbia.
