Chandra Sekar Veerappan

Chandra Sekar Veerappan is a seasoned research engineer with extensive experience in wireless sensor networks and embedded systems. Currently employed at the Singapore Institute of Technology since July 2017 as a Professional Officer/Research Engineer, Chandra previously contributed to smart city projects at the Singapore University of Technology and Design from June 2013 to October 2016. Chandra's earlier roles include significant work at Human Network Labs, where responsibilities involved developing firmware for tracking hardware, testing devices, and participating in pilot project implementations. With a foundation in software engineering established at Philips Electronics and Toshiba Embedded Software India, along with academic qualifications in computer applications and electronics, Chandra has a robust background in both theoretical knowledge and practical application in technology development.
