Janet Tan

Janet Tan, CA(Singapore), is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia and finance. As the Lead Professional Officer (Academic Staff) at Singapore Institute of Technology since September 2014, Janet leads the Specialised Business & Health Sciences team. Previously, a Finance Manager at Fairway Club of Palm Resort in 2017, responsibilities included financial and management accounting reporting as well as overseeing the accounts department. Janet's experience also includes auditing for EY in the oil and gas, manufacturing, insurance, IT, and hospitality sectors. Prior to these roles, Janet served as an Associate Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, receiving a nomination for the NP Academic Awards (Teaching) in 2013. Janet holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Arts in Instructional Design & Technology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
