John Goh

John Goh is a seasoned professional in the fields of pharmaceutical and bioprocess engineering, currently serving as the Lead Professional Officer at the Singapore Institute of Technology since September 2021. In this role, John instructs courses on bio process engineering and downstream purification while actively participating on the Institutional Biosafety and Applied Learning Committees. Prior to his current position, John held various roles at Veredus Laboratories, where as Senior Research Scientist, John led the development of a multi-million dollar assay kit and managed stakeholder communications and project budgets. John's earlier experience includes significant research contributions at the Bioprocessing Technology Institute, focusing on gene editing and the development of expression vectors. With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and Molecular Biology from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, John also possesses a Bachelor of Engineering in Pharmaceutical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
