Kai Jie Chong is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the Singapore National Eye Centre and previously at SMRT Trains Ltd. and ST Engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Kai Jie leads a team of 12 in multiple HR portfolios, including talent management and HR systems. Previous positions include HR Manager roles focused on talent acquisition and employee engagement, as well as HR Business Partner and Talent Manager at ST Engineering, where strategies for talent development and recruitment were implemented.
