Gan Heng has a diverse work experience in the transportation and aviation industry. Gan started their career in 2011 at Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd, where they held positions such as Assistant Vice President and Head Manpower and Standards. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing airport apron planning and formulating manpower and training policies for the Airport Emergency Service.
In 2017, Gan Heng joined Changi Airport Group as a General Manager, where they continued to contribute to the company's success until March 2022. During their time at Changi Airport Group, they managed various responsibilities related to airport operations and performance analysis.
Currently, Gan Heng is working at Singapore Post Ltd as the Head of SG Operations, where they oversee the company's operational activities. Gan also served as the Head of Engineering and Infrastructure and the Vice President of Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations Support at Singapore Post Ltd.
Gan Heng completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) (Hon) degree in Electrical Engineering at the National University of Singapore from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Gan Heng obtained certifications in Digital Technologies Case Studies: AI, IOT, Robotics, Blockchain from LinkedIn in 2021, and in Prosci Change Management Practitioner Program from CMC Partnership in 2018.
