With previous experience at Sanofi and Ethos BeathChapman, Charis specializes in talent acquisition and recruitment, particularly in Healthcare and Life Sciences industries. Prior to their career in HR, Charis was a Cancer Researcher at the National University of Singapore with a Ph.D. in Oncology and Cancer Biology.
