Catherine Larue

Catherine LaRue is an experienced Human Resources Director currently supporting Global Sales & Marketing leaders at Digital Realty since September 2025. Previously, Catherine served as Human Resources Director at Galderma, where responsibilities included being a strategic HR Business Partner to the VP & GM of US Aesthetics and managing workforce planning for over 400 employees. Catherine's career includes roles at Nestlé, where significant accomplishments involved directing Employee Relations for over 1,200 employees and leading HR strategies across multiple regions. Additionally, Catherine's HR expertise was developed at Essilor of America, contributing to performance and talent management initiatives. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baylor University.
