Dilshad Ahmad

Dilshad Ahmad is an experienced technical leader with a strong background in software engineering and microservices architecture. Currently serving as a Lead at Singtel since May 2021, Dilshad oversees a team of engineers, implements API solutions, and enhances engineering processes, while also conducting requirement analysis and facilitating project delivery. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Lead at Crédit Agricole CIB, focusing on cloud-native application redesign and migration to Docker/Kubernetes, and at CitiusTech, where Dilshad engaged in Agile methodologies, application technology development, and natural language processing exploration. Previous roles at Polaris Financial Services and Tech Mahindra involved application technology development, testing, and quality assurance. Dilshad holds a Master's degree in Financial Management and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
